It is a statistical fact that out of all 15 posts related to ships in this thread, 13 of them are pure hetero. You are excluded from my judgement, as is Hero, and I implore more users to transcend heteronormativity in order to foster a future where love is accepted in all shapes and forms.
I totally adore Axel x Xion! I know she was only created a few weeks ago...but still!
Xemnas x Aqua is a close second 'cause Xemnas is sorta like Terra in a weird twisted way.
Why is this thread so hetero?
I think it's mostly because of the lack of representation, which luckily is changing more and more nowadays. I also personally prefer ships when the two persons actively interact with one another and share incredible chemistry, with at least some hints of attraction towards the other, (example: Sansa Stark and Margaery Tyrell) whereas there are people who ship people even though they have little to none interaction or chemistry (which can be interesting, but it's usually not my personal thing).
LGBT couples are becoming more and more present which is amazing, for example in the last few months I've started shipping Connor and Oliver from How To Get Away With Murder, Carmilla and Laura from Carmilla (we need more lesbian/bi representation tho) and even though I don't even watch the show I love Korra and Asami (like I have never seen an episode of LoK but it's all over my Tumblr dashboard and they are just fantastic together)
Also some couples I adore who I have failed to mention in my first post: Tony/Maxxie and Emily/Naomi from Skins UK, Lafayette and James from True Blood, and Sebastian Stan just kissing all of the boys in movies and shows lol.
(not an LGBT couple but okay) And recently since I've started watching Sons of Anarchy I've been loving Jax and Tara.

Spider-Gwen X Spider-Man for sure.
