Yuffie kicks ass. I'd say either Yuffie or Leon. In the 1000 Heartless battle in KH2, those two helped clear out the Heartless faster than anyone else I fought with. :3

Personally, I'd rather have those characters stay the way they are, and be able to fight against them in the Colisseum, then have them in my party.

I would rather have Riku in my party, completely, and get rid of Donald.

Goofy can stay, because... Goofy is awesome.
