Aw, and here I was believing that this would be an in-depht and intellectually stimulating debate about the differences and respective advantages of the forces of Darkness and Light. Instead, you sum him up in a single word you just made up- fugly. Bravo!

I tell you why we hate pete.

He is a 'bugaboo'... So far..we see him in almost every world...and we cant stand fat, obnoxious looking people. I personally do not know much about the guy. I've only seen him in Steam Boat Willie. Anyways, Pete seems to go where Sora goes and just bugs him. We know Pete will never amount to anything but the fact that he is there is irritating.

Thats my take on it anyways.

An the nerve of him to make a Lion look so disgusting...

Lol xD Me too. But I don't hate him because he's fugly. I hate him because he is just plain creepy o_O;;; His lion form makes me want to puke.

i dont like him because hes fugly either. i just hate him as a villian. seriously i hate on how he puts all the other dsney characters down (like in the three musketeers) meanwhile hes ugly and has weight issues. i cant wait to battle him.

Why do we hate Pete? It's more than just because he's ugly...Pete is SUPPOSED to be hated. He is always messing with Mickey and crew, sometimes in very nasty ways.

Examples, in Mickey and the three musketeers, he actually tried killing Minnie Mouse! In Goof Troop he was Goofy's neighbor and he was an uber prick. He would steal and cheat from people, he would abuse poor Goofy and in the christmas special, he actually ENJOYED seeing Goofy and Max's house and presents burned to the ground!

Besides being butt ugly, he is a bastard. So if you end up hating it, don't feel bad. He was created with that intention in mind ;) .
