The effects in this tag are really boring, as in there's nothing in this tag that makes it look exciting.
The text looks really random, and doesn't fit in with the tag at all.

I'll say V1 because the neg-space doesn't go well with the tag.
Oh, and the chosen stock is low quality.

Add some more [exciting] effects, fill out some of the neg-space, add a small lighting source at the top of the tag, just do something to give it a better feel.

I remember this style.
Just sticking to that, its a bit too saturated for the 'color burn' effects that you have going on.
Film strip on V1 feels unnecessary.

Text fits the setting.
But it needs a bit of a light source to help direct it.
I suggest a bit of a pink-orange combo on top of the text in tiny points of light.

They might, but I think you should re-do the whole thing completely.
