Yeah i installed this thing but when i click on the little white box thing nothing happens and it just brings me back to the installation process. What is wrong?:cursing:

Yes i have windows Xp. Its Windows XP Professional and i downloaded it at www.download.com. I tried to install service pack 2 but for some reason the stupid computer always has an error saying it cant install.
