I would be laughing if the joke was even remotely funny, considering, in a way, it's spam. :|
But anyhow, I don't even think there's a "world" map for all the worlds in BbS.

There is too. Just like in KH1 and 2.

I cant really find a picture anywhere but heres a video that features it near the end.



I think the rest of the worlds banch off to the right.

It's gonna be difficult to find the BBS world map at this moment. But a similarity can be found in the JP original site under the section World. You can take screenshots of each section of the galaxy with the PrtSc button on your keyboard and form them like a puzzle to get your picture.

As of actual screenshot, sorry but I can't help you there. Which I could. :(
