Regarding Coco, wouldn't it be cool to set it as a prequel before the events of Coco? sure, that means that Miguel is not part of the cast, but it opens up the opportunity to explore the concepts of connections further. Sora, Donald and Goofy try their best to get Hector to be remembered but come to the realisation that they can't do the task because they are not the ones destined to do that.

Narratively speaking, we can have Nightmare Dream Eaters return as enemies as they are basically Kingdom Hearts Alebrijes, and have Donald and Goofy be Sora's Alebrijes/Spirit Dream Eaters whilst Sora is a skeleton.

The Incredibles and Brave seem like the only other Pixar movies that could be made into worlds. Every other one lacks the plot points or settings to justify being made into a fully-fledged world. If something similar to Alpha Baymax's suggestion was used, I could see Coco being a world, though- and Toy Story will probably be used at least one more time. Perhaps the movies coming out in the next few years will have more "KH-appropriate" material to be adapted.

I would say straight up absolutely lol. There is so much potential there for like an actual story about Merida getting to use her skills on a real adventure instead of just in Freaky Friday with bear magic. Tho while we are on the topic of Pixar villains willing of boss fights...Mordu would be one imo.

Just like with Orignial stories with the Pixar movies, The Pixar Villains aren't really threatening and they don't will really pose they same level of malevolence as other villains they can utilize.


Pixar aren't known for their villains in the first place, so it really doesn't matter in that front for inclusions or not, I know people really wanted Zurg but I had the feeling he wasn't going to get represented because he's just a minor character in Toy Story 2.

Plus I think Pixar are kind of picky on their antagonists which is why we never got to beat up Randall and he was just there to be kind of antagonizing the situation.
Just like with Big Hero 6, Because the Incredibles has the super hero aspect they can put any random threat in the movie, since its most likely going to take place after the sequel than Evelyn just like BH6 villain are in prison, so it wouldn't matter. Then I think with Coco would also follow suit and just put a random monster as the main fight and how would they work around the movie to try and make it original is beyond me.

That's a good point like I said before on my previous post, It's not someting I want to happen and aside from Randall, realistically their aren't any other Pixar antagonists that I'm expecting to see in an Original storyline along with the fact that they won't fit within the narrative of the original storyline in the KH series.

Cause as you said it yourself "Pixar aren't known for their villains" (even though the're are a few notable exceptions like Sid, Hopper, Stinky Pete, Zurg, Randall, and Syndrome) and I'm perfectly okay with it as the antagonist in the Pixar films are literally the protagonists struggles they experience, and their gradual growth in time in the film (e.g. Woody jealousy with Buzz, Joy not allowing Sadness on the control panel, Merida's rebellious relationship with her mother, etc..) so some of these Pixar worlds are okay with not having the antagonist from the film at all and that worked out very well with the Toy Story and the Big Hero 6 worlds (even if it's Disney animation).

I think that's not a bad Idea. Frankly I have no particular preference on how Square Enix and Pixar want to have the setting for the original story of Coco take place in the timeline (be it after the events of the movie or before the movie's events), I actually want to see it happen in a KH game.

If they do go the prequel route, I would prefer if it was set a year or two before the events of the original movie. It also would be cool if we could also have Chicharrón appear once again as he is a friend of Hector and does get into banters with him for not keeping his promises (mini-fridge, van, good napkins, his femur), but hey a guy can dream.

My biggest hope is for them to have a final boss (either Heartless or a Nightmare Dream Eater) be based on Quetzalcoatl (a Mexican Deity).

Well aside from The Incredibles, Brave and probably Coco, I think that's about it in terms of Pixar movies for original storylines in a KH game.

I also realistically don't think we will get an original story based on Wall-E or Up in ANY future Kingdom Hearts game. Cause the main point in the film, Up is clearly Carl Fredrickson's evolution as a person following the loss of his wife Ellie and the relationships he has with Russell, Dug, and Kevin, particularly the former. In my opinion, I don't think it's a good idea to do an original plot, cause much like Wall-E the original film ended perfectly with Carl becoming a Surrogate Father figure to Russell and spending more time with him alongside Dug and the House managed to end up on top of Paradise Falls, I just don't see the viability to do an original plot where it involves SDG, Carl, Russell and Dug to return to Paradise Falls and save Kevin and her babies again cause that would betray the theme's of the original movie.


I think the only way I could see characters from Wall-E (Wall-E, EVE) and Up (Carl, Russell and Dug) appear in the KH series without having SDG go to the film's world and do an original storyline is perhaps they can be characters residing in an original world like how Little Chef (Remy) is in Twilight Town in Scrooge McDuck's Bistrot Restaurant in KH3. But then again it's going to be VERY difficult including these characters in a KH game (probably the Up characters than the Wall-E characters) when compared to Remy (Ratatouille) as he was brought to Twilght Town from his original homeworld by Scrooge so that he can continue expanding his culinary Horizons and be Scrooge's Chef at his Bistrot.

1. Star Wars - Maybe it’s because I’m a huge fan of the franchise, but Star Wars is packed with so many rich environments and great characters (minus Jar Jar And The Ewoks). I would love to see Sora learn the ways of the force through Luke’s teachings (and also use his heart as a way to use it).

Well I done see why we need a pirate world. In theory a pirate world is just a world with land, sea and a boat, something Moana could easily cover. I'd actually appreciate a different type of world where we can explore various islands.

That said I feel like any game that includes Moana or even Lilo and Stitch will be a game where we're guaranteed not to be able to visit Destiny Island.

Actually two decades, because the post credit scene of At World's End took place a decade after the third film with Will and Elizabeth's Son being 10 years old and the time period of the 4th and 5th films took place another decade, will Will's son is in his 20's. So wouldn't that be two decades?

Personally I'm satisfied with what they did with Pirates of the Caribbean world in KH3. Even if the third film ended with Barbossa stealing the Black Pearl again, the third film was actually meant to be the conclusion of the series before making the 4th and 5th films, so realistically I doubt the world's going to come back in the next games.

It would help bring in Treasure Planet as a world for the next game as there aren't any Disney Movies with the Pirate Motif besides the PotC series and Peter Pan.

Muppet's Treasure Island or Treasure Planet seem to be more ideal candidates for the next Pirates world.

Personally Treasure Planet has a likely chance than Muppet Treasure Island if you ask me.

Actually it's about 2 decades between 3 and 4. You really wouldn't know between 3 & 4 because there isn't really anything to show the passage of time but it's apparent in 5 due to the Will's son and Barbossa's daughter being roughly in their 20s.

I'd say absolute NO to ever adapting On Stranger Tides but I actually think Dead Men Tell No Tales has some good stuff to offer KH wise. New locations like the devil's triangle, the town in the opening, the area between the seas with the trident etc. New villain with Salazar. I think it'd make for another visit worth going to. There's also great parallelism with

Will and Elizabeth's ending with Sora and Kairi in KH3 and Sokai reuniting in KH4 just like Will and and Elizabeth at the end of DMTNT

But yeah the problem is the time jump and the fact that DMTNT wasn't nearly as popular as the first 3 Pirates films. At this point I would rather sea Treasure Planet finally have it's time to shine in KH4 but I'd like to return to The Caribbean eventually afterwards (especially because that was a sad way they left Jack). At least At World's End ended with him happily going on another adventure.

Shoe Ins: Moana, Incredibles (Have it set probably after the events of the Sequel), Coco (Either for a Original Storyline before the events of the 1st Film or a Possible Sequel), and Zootopia

Most Likely: The Princess and the Frog, Wreck-it Ralph (If we do get to go in the World of Wreck-it Ralph), Frozen II (Adapting the Storyline of the Film's Sequel) and Toy Story (I don't know if it will get an Original Storyline or take place during TS3 or TS4)

Likely: Treasure Planet (Since On Strangers tides takes place Two Decades after the Original Trilogy of the Pirates of the Caribbean)

Possible: Atlantis: The Lost Empire

Wildcards: The Jungle Book, Mary Poppins, Pocahontas, Lilo and Stitch, Sword in the Stone, Meet the Robinsons, Great Mouse Detective, Brother Bear, Bambi, Chicken Little.

Am I the only one who sees no possibilities of any renaissance Disney Movies coming in KH? They had their time in KH1 and KH2...now I just don't see it. I mean...if they couldn't get Jungle Book in then, I doubt they'll be able to get it in, now. I feel the only renaissance Disney movies or movies back in the animation era, that have ANY possibilities...are...basically Atlantis, Treasure Planet (I guess) and The Princess and the Frog. I...can't really see anything beyond that having a chance to be in the game.
