I'm sorry but to be frank with you, I highly doubt they'll bring back Nightmare Before Christmas in the next KH games.
What's REALLY there left to tell for a story? Nightmare Before Christmas we've already touched the events of before AND after the events of the movie...and to be honest, I'm pretty satisfied with the way they ended it off in Kingdom Hearts III. Sure, they could've given a story of their "sequel" The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge, but I feel it's far too late for that now. Having Oogie being brought back is pretty repetitive and linear at this point.
I agree, Anna and Elsa look more proactive than before and judging by the looks of the trailer it seems to be the route their taking. Now again, once it becomes a world in KH4 we don't know if Disney will put restrictions to the world once again but my hope that it isn't a frequent like it was back in KH3.
If they can bring Olympus’ tired ass back 9 out of 10 times and not do anything really different until the last go around, we can spare an adaptation of Oogie’s Revenge.
There is also the doorways to other holidays. We know from Toy Box that the developers can make an original setting in place of the film's location.

Started wondering if it'll be much to expect multiple fully expanded, playable original worlds for the next game, because when you think about it. Most of the main worlds that could likely be reoccurring, important places either are already done or seemingly close to done already. Like with Scala and Daybreak Town.
Then we have Radiant Garden that already has some decent work done already, going by the cutscenes.
Would hate to see most of these either ending up being cutscene only again or we end up only exploring a small portion again like with Twilight Town.

I want to share my idea for the story of a potential Wreck-it Ralph world... or more specifically a Sugar Rush world.
Basically, I envision it being a world in a similar situation to Space Paranoids in KH2: inside one of the original worlds, Sora goes inside a version of the Sugar Rush game (potentially a version of it that exists as a computer file). Sora reunites with Ralph, and he’s filled in on the crisis that world is currently in: the inhabitants of Sugar Rush can no longer access Game Central Station, and Ralph has been stuck here ever since, since he has no way of going back to his home game. They say that it’s almost as if their game has been unplugged, except they still continue to exist instead of disappearing.
Basically it gets revealed that the version of Sugar Rush we’re seeing is, just like Tron’s world, a copy made from the data of the original game seen in the movie, with the game being copied from around the moment Ralph first arrived. Everyone inside the game is a copy, including Ralph, who’s pretty much homeless now, since he doesn’t have his own duplicate of Fix-it Felix to return to.

Say, do you guys think that, with the idea Ernest Panda threw, Dream Eaters would fit as an enemy type? Or are we just gonna have to stick with candy-themed Heartless?

Agree to disagree, but as I said before their isn't any story left for Halloween Town and I'm pretty satisfied with the way they ended the world off in Kingdom Hearts II.
Besides, having Oogie being brought back again would feel pretty repetitive and linear at this point.
I would hate if we don't go inside the buildings/house again and it's ONLY going to be vertical running up them. I still miss that feature in KH, KH2, BBS, and Dream Drop Distance where you actually enter inside a building or house.
Hoping that the next game will have the world's be a mix of KH3's grand open scale and vertical running mixed with KH/KH2/BBS/DDD where you enter into a house and building.

Just because it hasn't been featured in the series doesn't mean it will. And if I'd want Square's take on racism, I'd leave that to Zootopia.

Atlantica - Triton was aware of the 7 Princesses of Heart before and knew that denying Ariel knowledge of the world beyond Atlantica would stop her from becoming one (hence protecting her in KH1). He assumed that Sora and company would protect the worlds, so he thought it was safe for Ariel. Now that she's aware of the outside worlds, she's become a Princess of Heart and is a target.
Never Land - Sora takes Kairi to Never Land so that they could fly together. Peter informs Sora that if he leaves Never Land this time, he can never return as he is becoming a grown up (Peter alludes to a change in Sora from the events at the end of KH3). Sora struggles with the reality that he is growing up, but Kairi reassures him that they will always have their memories from Never Land and Peter will always be in his heart.
Inside Out - Ienzo and Ansem The Wise figure out a way for deeper memory analysis, however someone connected to the subject has to go into the subject's mind. Sora and Kairi enter Namine's mind (to find the repressed memories of Ava/Girl X). Kairi/Joy/Sadness are the party members in this world and Dream Eaters/Unversed are the enemies.

Anyone not excited as they used to be for certain properties? I feel like even if something i wanted made it in, it's still gonna be a let down.
I mean I personally found Mulan and Lion King a million times more disappointing than anything this game did with the Disney so no lol. I hit my low a long time ago, I guess.
But I also really liked literally every Disney world in this game in general, thought they were the best since KH1 overall. Maybe some standouts like Space Paranoids hit that level of quality and integration.

I thought Unversed were drawn from negative emotions? Since they're literally in someone's mind, I thought that would be the perfect place for the Unversed to show up.

Give me, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Just like Chernabog, just give us The Headless Horseman!
This is a Halloween classic back in 1949! But it has one of the most intimidating Disney Characters. The Headless Horseman would fit so well in this franchise! You don't even need Ichabod, The HH is practically a Heartless through and through, He can be a Disney Character you have to fight multiple times, and I think the first time you fight him is in The Sleepy Hollow world.
Also Because its an older movie, I think Nomura can more free range the character itself.
It be cooler if he can chase you down through multiple worlds maybe another Disney Villain or the next KH Big Bad has his head or something, but other than that he has some reason to chase you. He can be Dramatic like the Chernabog fight, but having The HH chase you through multiple worlds. It be a way to give Disney villains more action in the story.

I see him as an optional boss more, but I mean a random "surprise I am here" boss like Chernabog would be cool too.
