...once they have a fully developed heart?
Also, could lesser Nobodies also grow replacement hearts as well?
For the former, if it still does, it'll seriously undermine Ansem's speech to Riku near the end.
"Nobodies are not different from regular people. OH, except for the fact they'll probably outlive you like if we save Roxas, he'll get to see you and Sora die of old age"
:D

What Ansem actually said was that Nobodies are not different from regular people in that manner.
That manner in question being on how their hearts, once born, grow.
He didn't say they were not different from regular people in all areas, as Nobodies obviously are born in a different way than regular persons.

As for the not aging bit I'd say that it doesn't apply once a fully functionable heart is controlling the body and "using" the energy of the soul. The only one so far who doesn't age physically despite having a heart is Aqua, and that's because of the special properties of the RoD.
This would actually play well into the fact that since Zexion/Ienzo, Braig/Xigbar, Isa/Saix and Axel/Lea obviously did age it may give us a hint who actually developed a heart and who did not.

Well Nomura's phrasing (time runs slowly) suggests she still does age, just at a slower rate again due to ROD
Obviously, it would seem about a decade in ROL would equate to a few hours in ROD.

And yeah I forgot about that part, that he was referring to how they can nurture a Heart.
Then for those who have appeared to have grown one (let's say Zexion for instance), would that mean that Zexion is essentially trapped in Ienzo's Heart? Yikes.

Yep, that concept has actually been taken up again with the Realm of Sleep, where Yen Sid says in-game that:
Yen Sid said:
In the Sleeping Worlds, real time does not flow.

Real time apparently means the time flow in the Realm of Light, which seems to have the fastest flow out of all realms.

If you consider Zexion an entity separate from Ienzo and not just a continuation of him (unlike Sora and Roxas, they never co-existed and Ienzo has all memories from Zexion and treats them like they are his) then there are bad news in store from DDD:

Ansem the Wise said:
Sora was the only one able to return to his human form without destroying his Nobody. That is a statement to the love in his heart for other people, and the bonds that tie them together.

He doesn't include Naminé and Xion because with the first one Kairi never lost her human form and the second is a Replica, not a Nobody.

Well Roxas's heart is seperate from Sora's because of their special circumstances but I've read in another thread that some think the other former Organization members hearts from their Nobody and Somebody kind of fused together into one. I don't know sounds reasonable. :p

Well I'm saying they are different. Its very apparant that Zexion and Ienzo are different, Zexion is more malicious and scheming in Re:CoM, with a slightly condescending attitude towards the lazy as suggested by days, while Ienzo is more innocent and inherits none of his Nobody's more questionable behaviours after reforming, if not becoming more of thr series own "Mr. Exposition".
Its not like Axel's case where he decided to act the same way as his complete counterpart.

That's a good point but to be fair we only got a couple of scenes with Ienzo in DDD so he might still act like Zexion.

You're looking way too much into something
first of all, Ienzo can definitely still be "lazy" just like Zexion

Zexion on the other hand only did what he had to do because he had no choice. As a matter of fact he in a way was trying to use Riku to eliminate the traitors (Marluxia, Larxene), so he was technically doing the "right" thing. He figured if Marluxia used Sora. He would try to use Riku to oppose Marluxia and kill them for betraying the Organization

Zexion never seemed like a "bad" guy. Riku was there at the wrong time though
