I agree with almost everything you said except one thing.

At the outset of KH2, he tells Sora who his enemies are, and from there, Sora hates Org XIII without any personal cause (until Saix taunts him).

Sora didn't actually hate Org XIIII until they kidnapped Kairi, from that point on, for Sora at least, all bets were off. (COM doesn't count, he has no memory of those events.)

No, as early as Hollow Bastion he regards them with more hostility and anger than we'd ever seen from him before. He gets quite angry with Xigbar over almost nothing.

I think you mean Donald; Sora just seemed more frustrated and annoyed than angry, because he probably felt like they could stop the Organization then and there, and Xigbar to him got in the way, even though by that point they were already gone.
