Okay, when I was at Hallow Bastion second time I believe I saw YRP and they talked and did some funny stuff, but then I never heard from them again. What gives? Weren't they supposed to be a summon?

No. You see them again. Just later in the game. It's one of your missions to talk to them again. The give you the Gullwing Keyblade.

YuRiPa isnt, and never will be, a summon....also Gull Wing is THE best way to get to lvl 99, if u want to know how pm me.....however i do believe watching the hot trio would nice lol
