Does anyone here know if the cover of the book was depicted or described differently in any of the games, mangas, novels or even interviews?

At least in the Japanese and International versions of KHIIFM and ReCoM and their HD remakes the book's title is "Hallucination -another side-":

But there is also information floating around that an alternative title is "Ignus Fatui -another side-" and I'd like to know if there is a concrete source for that. All I found are fan re-creations of the book titled this way, but maybe I completely overlooked something.
