Earlier this year in May, the social game, The World Ends With You Live Remix, launched for Android devices. However to the dismay of many players, although it was available for beta testing on iOS devices, there was no official release in sight, until today.

At Anime Conji 2012, he revealed a rather interesting piece of information that both delighted and astounded members of the community. Having grown up with gaming and especially the Legend of Zelda series, he admitted to becoming overexcited when it comes to "Fight Day" (the final day of recording for battle cries) and having to hold himself back from sounding too much like Link, which is what his mind automatically associates with battle. He doesn't want to sound like Link and wishes to create his own sound, but no one is perfect so some minor influences may slip out.

Along with a plethora of events during D23 Expo Japan, there will be a special auction held throughout the event. A rare, one-of-a-kind Kingdom Hearts prototype figure of Sora used as a character modeling reference will be available for bidding at this special auction at D23 Expo Japan! The box for this Sora figure has been signed by series director and illustrator Tetsuya Nomura, making it a very valuable and coveted collector's item.

This special auction will be held though Yahoo! Auctions, and requires a Yahoo! JAPAN ID as well as a D23 Expo Japan 2013 ticket. All proceeds from this auction will go to charity.

While it doesn't feel like it at all, it has been over a month since series director Tetsuya Nomura announced at E3 2013 that Kingdom Hearts III was at long last in development for next generation consoles. For many fans this announcement was well overdue, feeling that the previous four handheld titles were not enough to hold their attention and desired to see a true end to the Xehanort Saga. At Japan Expo 2013, Final Fantasy World and Final Fantasy Ring were given the chance to talk with Nomura about the process of developing Kingdom Hearts III.

Tonight, Kingdom Hearts -HD 1.5 ReMIX- made a surprise appearance at Variety's Power of Youth 2013 awards!

These awards recognise actors and actresses who donate to help out charity organisations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Project Sunshine and Free the Children.

There is just a little over a month until KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5 ReMIX- is released in North America and Europe and while the wait has been long, soon everybody will be able to relive their favorite game series after eleven years! Today, Square Enix has released a new trailer, showing off the limited edition artbook that will be released with the game.

KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5 ReMIX- releases September 10th in North America, September 12th in Australia, and September 13th in Europe.

Today on the THE WORLD ENDS WITH YOU's 6th anniversary, Square Enix is holding a mini concert for fan in Tokyo to celebrate the hit title's continued success! Takeharu Ishimoto's band, the Death March, will be performing everybody's favorite songs and remixes from all of the games!

For fans unable to attend the event, there will be a livestream for everybody to watch in order to enjoy the concert! The mini concert begins at 8:30PM JST (4:30AM PDT, 7:30AM EDT) and you can watch the stream below!

As you can tell from the title, this event introduced crystals of light, obtained by attacking Raid Bosses, the value of which depends on how much damage you are able to deal. For a limited time, you can exchange these crystals for a number of different appealing items including the highly coveted SR cards. In a sudden announcement, it has been revealed that the latest installment to the Kingdom Hearts franchise, the free-to-play PC browser social game - Kingdom Hearts χ[chi], will be officially launching on July 18th! For those of you in varying timezones, this essentially equates to this very day. Originally planned to remain in open beta testing until August 1st, they have decided to push the launch date early after their site undergoes brief maintenance.
