I honestly think that Nomura wanted the secret ending to end with the final world cutscene and car cutscene flowing into each other revealing the big surprise that Yozora's true form is Noctis but because of the problems that ended the whole v13 idea we get Yozora waking up to Yozora which is kinda weird cause we don't get to see his true form just him but of course who knows though this is just what I think was suppose to happen maybe. I mean let's say ffv13 came out and kh3 ended the same, this plot twist would have blew my mind out of my ass
