As iOS, I downloaded the app from JP store using another account, of course without payment information (JP credit card, etc.)
I tried making a purchase but it doesn't get through saying I'm on different account (My main with payment info).

How do you guys make in-app purchases if you can't have JP credit card?

You will need to purchase a Japanese iTunes card in order to fund your Japanese iTunes account. They can be purchased online, and I personally use JapanCodeSupply.
