Does anyone know how to get an afro in this game? Is it a limited time event? seasonal? Some other third thing? I REALLY want an afro now that I know it exists. Ever since I picked up chi a couple of years ago I've always wanted one and now that it exists I've gotta get one.

Level up. I don't know at which Level you get it, but surely something around 90 to 140 or so.
