Oh my gosh, she really is adorable! I've run the cutscenes through Google Translate, and I think she talks about how even though they don't know her, the Player feels like a friend, and she hopes they will talk one day. I also think (not 100% sure) she says something about waiting for someone and they haven't shown up yet.
Basic gist of her introduction is that she's a quiet, lonely girl who's been watching you since the day you waited for Ephemera at the fountain. She never had the courage to speak to you, but always felt like you were a friend.

I believe she meant to say there that although she was done for the day, because the Player was waiting for someone, it felt like she was also waiting for someone. When Ephemer didn't come, she also cried with Chirithy.
