Funimation to simulcast TWEWY - The Animation on April 9th

Funimation has announced their Spring 2021 show lineup and they revealed that The World Ends With You - The Animation will start simulcasting April 9th, the same day as the Japanese broadcast of the show.
Funimation is available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom and Ireland. For Australia and New Zealand, TWEWY fans can view the show AnimeLab, and in France, Russia, Germany and Scandinavia it can be viewed through Wakanim.

Yeah! Funimation rarely skips on simulcasts. Too bad there is still nothing about a dub, but they have so many other series they are simuldubbing...

Glad i'm a Premium user at Wakanim. No surprise though, I noticed that most anime licensed by Funi, is also licensed by Wakanim at EU.

You don't. You might have to wait a week but you can see it..the CR and Funi merger stalled due to a antitrust investigation so we'll have to see how that pans out.
Not sure if it's the same deal as Funimation where it'll be available to watch on the same day as it is broadcast in Japan, but the streaming page on TWEWYTA's website says people in the US will be able to watch it on Hulu.

Funimation is part of Hulu. Literally everything on it is also on Hulu.
I wouldn’t say it is a part of Hulu but rather Funimation has a distribution deal with Hulu.

I said it because, if hulu was searched on the TWEWY forum, the three posts are about hoping it comes to Hulu as well. Now we have confirmation.
