Back in October, it was announced that Kingdom Hearts Executive Producer Shinji Hashimoto will be hosting a special panel at Lucca Comics & Games 2018. Taking place Saturday November 3rd 2018 from the Auditorium San Francesco, Shinji Hashimoto's "Share the Magic" panel promises to celebrate the upcoming release of Kingdom Hearts 3. The panel will be streamed on Twitch at 5:30 PM CET (9:30 AM PT).

Things I’d like to see/hear besides a new trailer or world reveal:
- Tangled renders, including Gothel. Maybe footage of a miniboss or the dancing minigame.
- Details on Kairi and Riku’s stories in the game. We still don’t know much of what they’ll be doing after she finishes her training and he returns from the RoD.
- New summon, either Aladdin or Jack Skellington.
- Information on the standalone Classic Kingdom app. I think it might actually be a full fledged companion app for the game, designed after the Gummiphone/Mobile Portal interface.
- Announcement of the new Union Cross world.
- PS4 preorder info

I agree with people who say they are saving the big guns for Jump Festa. It would be a good time to reveal one of the princess's worlds that happens mid game. I still have hope for PatF despite not being shown at PGW

Nah there's gonna be 10 worlds total including 100 Acre Wood. I always go back to what Nomura said that KH3 would have less Disney Worlds then KH2 which had 12. So 10-11 but I think it's lookling likely that there's 10. Hopefully Hashimoto can if not reveal a new world announce how many Disney Worlds total are in KH3.
Jump Festa is big enough for a world reveal as well. November gets a world reveal. December final Disney world and then from there it's full steam ahead to promotion in January till release.

That said, I think we have at least one more. To me, it wouldn’t make sense to reveal Pirates and Frozen at the same time and not leave any Disney reveals for the last four months of marketing. So I think there is at the least one, if not two, full fledged Disney worlds left. Plus a possible minigame world. So I agree with your world count, I just don’t think it’s a guarantee based on those comments from Nomura.

Yeah, they didn’t stream the event at D23 Japan with the Monster’s Inc trailer. So you never know. There may be a Square Enix Presents stream for it, but I won’t expect it.

Shoot, FFXV is getting a program next week for new development updates and it’s been out for two years. I wish we would get that kind of stuff with KH3.

One thing to point out is that the last time that Shinji did a panel like this was PGW 2016 (which also was NOT livestreamed) and we got 1.5+2.5 announced, Sora revealed in WoFF, and the reveal of the 0.2 opening cinematic.
Am I saying we're going to get news of that caliber here? Not at all. But the lack of a livestream just means it'll be up on Twitter a few minutes after it's announced at the event, IF anything big is announced or shown. Personally, I would set expectations low. This event is giving off more of a celebration of KH3's upcoming release and discussing the game rather than being an event to reveal new information.

I'm not sure where to expect news, if at all, between now and Jump Festa. We may not get any substantial new information again until then, honestly. Between now and Jump Festa, we have this event, the Xbox Event, and the Game Awards. None of those scream "KH3 trailer incoming". The panel tomorrow is likely our best bet for new information, but if nothing big happens, I would say to drop all expectations for big news until Jump Festa.
I agree. We have been receiving little tidbits of news here and there, with the Olympus renders, the Halloween artwork, the Halloween 6 second clip and so on. I'm sure we'll continue to receive things like that until Jump Festa at the very least if we don't see anything tomorrow.

So there were three months between the E3 and TGS trailers. They could just be repeating that rate between TGS and Jump Festa. I was hoping they’d speed up their rate of showing stuff, but they may just like that set frequency. In another time, KH3 would have likely been out before Jump Festa. So it’s possible that whatever plans they had for around this time were pushed back to Jump Festa after the delay.
What helped in the wait between E3 and TGS was that Nomura told us straight up that there would be a waiting period until the next showing. He didn't need to say anything because we could come to that conclusion on our own, but it getting a confirmation helped reassure us. This time, we didn't get anything. Obviously they're in the final stretch and it's all hands on deck so we can't really blame them, but it doesn't make it any easier.

Yes, very true. In the event nothing is shown, I would be incredibly thankful if Hashimoto tells us when to expect more news.
I know they’re from different studios in Square Enix, but I can’t help but compare how vastly different the marketing is for KH3 and Just Cause 4. The latter’s Twitter account is constantly showing new clips and features. The KH Twitter rarely drops content and is generally just for showing where the demo is. JC4’s website is also much cleaner and up to date. The NA one for KH3 is barebones, exacerbated by how great the Japanese one is.
I’m probably just overthinking, but it’s almost like Square Enix NA doesn’t want to put as much effort into marketing KH. Maybe they think the game doesn’t need it? I’ve said it before, but KHI does a better job of using available info to post tweets about various gameplay features and stuff. The KH Twitter needs to take notes. Periodic posts like that are good to keep the energy of the fan base up and inform fans of things they may have missed in the trailers. The stuff from this week gives me hope that things may be changing though.

Yeah the marketing so far is pretty meh, not enough of clips to showcase the game, like 30 second clip of some mini game or something just to keep people interested.

Yeah I definitely don’t think they have or will show “too much.†How people define “too much†is subjective, but I think they’ve left enough out of context that it is still difficult to piece things together. We’ve come this far and still we understand nothing.

I'm guessing it's Brave. It fits the Fairy Tale theme of Union X, and Merida can work as an archer summon. Alternatively, they could throw in a Moana world for Union X and have Maui be an aero based summon.

It's long overdue that we get our obligatory Olympus Final Fantasy character cameo. Lightning would be the most suitable character without a doubt, her name and origins write herself for the Olympus plot.
Radiant Garden if it's playable or not.
I need Radiant Garden playable. Too many key characters are residing there right now, and it was integral for Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Birth by Sleep. Also, Terra-Xehanort's research into Hearts needs more backstory dedicated to it.

Some people believe Wreck-It Ralph due to the latest Story update is involving data so it would be interesting how Wreck-It Ralph could work as King Candy stealing the memories of the inhabitants and racers from Sugar Rush is very reminiscent to the Dandelions memory/data being altered. So let's see.

Technical difficulties perhaps, I remember when I go to conventions sometimes panels tend to fall behind by 5-15 minutes due to Technical difficulties or something involving the guest coming in late.
Best to check KH13 Twitter account for updates on what they saw at the panel.

It is not fake! The people at Lucca account on Twitch said the stream was cancelled and we'd have to wait till Monday to know all the news about KH3. People were pissed and they cleared the entire chat and made the chat subscriber only cause of all the nasty comments coming at them for baiting the fans.

So from what we've seen from the images, it's the same scene from the TGS Big Hero 6 trailer where Rapunzel touches the Dandelion Heartless and summons the seedling Heartless also Marluxia's Reaper nobodies are shown.
Second, SDG meets Rapunzel and Flynn Rider when Rapunzel just got out of the Tower.

Yeah, but the Olympus trailer was like the first trailer after 2 years and showed us for the first time cutscenes which weren’t Xehanort and Eraqus playing chess. But this new trailer will most likely show nothing new. To be honest, I didn’t need to see the English VA of Corona characters..

You're still just assuming and getting yourself hyped up over something that isn't set in stone. There does not have to be 2 more worlds. Like I said, he doesn't always answer questions based on every detail of the initial question, he just kinda says what he thinks will answer it. At this point, we have 7 confirmed Disney worlds and two confirmed original worlds, which are Twilight Town and the final world. As we already have seen the Keyblade Graveyard in the Baymax trailer, I also think that KG will be a playable world..

I agree with most of you I don't think we will stop at 7 Disney worlds and since the worlds are divided into 3 sections (3 Disney worlds and perhaps one original world) So I'm expecting 2 more in the main set plus 100 Acre Wood as our subworld in Radiant Garden or some other original world.

I always thought the new hub world would be Twilight Town if Radiant Garden wasn't playable. A lot of important stuff is happening there. Either that or Destiny Islands return.

They said the pods aren’t necessarily all Disney worlds though...
I thought Nomura said the pods did not include all the worlds in the game. Just Disney ones, which is what everyone assumes. It makes sense. 3 Disney Worlds per section plus 1 original world in each one. And it wasn't really pods, it was more of him saying beginning, middle, and end Disney Worlds which is why everyone thinks it's 9 Disney Worlds + 100 Acre Wood.
Also while you guys think they need to reveal stuff at events they really don't. You'll be surprised what a tweet saying "stay tuned, such and such date at such and such time we will reveal one of the final Disney Worlds in an exclusive trailer only on the Kingdom Hearts Youtube channel".
Gaming websites would make an article for that in a heartbeat.
