Minamimoto being younger than Nagi shocked me greatly. I thought he was older.
I never played the original TWEWY so I didn't know their exact age, but I do know the story of them from watching LPs. I didn't know Minamimoto was that young in the old game.

He's 18 in TWEWY, and because he's dead he doesn't actually age so he's physically still 18 but probably waaaaaaay older like a lot of the other Reapers who have been around for decades.

The weird age disparity is probably a remnant of when their designs actually were switched. Apparently the decision to swap them was very abrupt, so I wouldn't be surprised if they just kinda forgot that the ages wouldn't line up.
Oh, man. Some of these are so baffling. Haha. But it's all good fun.
I made a huge post about this on Tumblr, so I probably won't here. But a lot of these birthdays make sense.

And Lord, Joshua being born on All Saints' Day. LOL. I'm dying!

I think the physical ages are pretty spot on for Kariya, Uzuki, Minamimoto, and maaaaybe Shiba and Hishima. They are just older people in young bodies. Like Shiba absolutely died and became a Reaper in the disco or city pop era as a young man haha.
Ayano’s doesn’t make sense and Kubo’s age is offensive hahaha.
Some of these ages feel like they were decided via dartboard. Tsugumi and Coco being 18 and 19? They look like middle schoolers at best! And has it always been the intention for Rhyme to be only a year younger than Beat? Because I always got the impression of a much bigger age gap.
While some of these ages, make sense and seem spot on others are just... headscratchers? I include Nagi, I honestly figured she'd be 17 or 18 she just didn't seem that much other than Rindo and Fret.

Thanks for the answer. Although since they included the rest of the original cast I thought hanekoma would have gotten a mention. The reason why they excluded him though is understandable he is a big spoiler.
