In other news, we have a small tidbit of information concerning Birth by Sleep Final Mix (thanks to Jeels and duckroll):

"When you fulfill the conditions, a brand new "Secret Episode" will be unlocked in Final Mix...it's pretty likely that there's a completely new playable portion of the game that can be unlocked. "
