Upon the arrival of August 15th, this popular PC browser social game will introduce new story content in existing worlds, new Heartless that will no doubt be familiar to veterans of the series, and none other than Guard Armor as a new Raid Boss.

Square Enix USA has just announced that KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX will be featured at D23 Expo in Anaheim, California from August 9-11th.

With just over a month left until the September 10th release of Kingdom Hearts -HD 1.5 ReMIX-, Square Enix have provided a set of screenshots, as well as a new trailer, in preparation for the release.

This year, Square Enix will be promoting a variety of games at the convention. Games such as Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD, Thief, and Murdered: Soul Suspects will be on display.

Kingdom Hearts -HD 1.5 ReMIX- will also be shown off this year, and will be available to play at the game terminals.

As the months went by, more details surfaced regarding the contents of D23 Expo Japan, including the reveal of new information for upcoming titles and the charity auction of a one-of-a-king reference figurine used during the development of the original game!

It didn't stop there. We also learned that several voice actors would be in attendance, along with Series Executive Producer Shinji Hashimoto and Director Tetsuya Nomura. The community has waited eagerly to learn the identities of these voice actors, and they have finally been announced:

New merchandise samples for the series are few and far between, but in those special instance when they are made, they never cease to amaze and that certainly is the case for this one. 

General Manager of the Square Enix Merchandising Division, Hidemi Matsuzuka, just showed off brand new phone charms featuring none other than Sora, Riku, Kairi, Cloud, Donald and Goofy from the original Kingdom Hearts!

If you remember back in April, product manager Hidemi Matsuzuka showed off a few Kingdom Hearts enemy figurines fighting against the Kingdom Hearts 3D Sora TRON Play Arts Kai figure. It was an adorable sight, but the enemy figures themselves were blurry and hard to see. Four months later and we are finally able to see what they all really look like close up!

Below you will see a Meow Wow, Meowjesty, Flood Unversed, Dusk Nobody, and Shadow Heartless, all sitting in an arch begging to be made for retail! Hopefully they will, and we'll be sure to keep you all updated in the event they are.

Earlier this year in May, the social game, The World Ends With You Live Remix, launched for Android devices. However to the dismay of many players, although it was available for beta testing on iOS devices, there was no official release in sight, until today.
