Today's maintenance brought us so much new stuff in Chi, starting from the usual mission updates, introduction of a new event Heartless, and - rather surprisingly - new story missions for the Daybreak Town chapter.

At first it sounds like your usual story mission with no conclusion. If you think so, well, you are half correct! As of now there certainly is no conclusion to the story yet, but there are two scenes that truly merit attention.

One of the Daybreak Town story missions require us, as players, to assist Chirithy in ridding the town of Minute Bombs. After the task has been undertaken, the player will report to Chirithy and call it a day. The player then goes to sleep, and this is what he / she dreams of.

It's been a week since the last maintenance. This maintenance, lasting from 13:00 to 17:00 JST on Thursday, 27 November 2014, introduced to us whole new ranking rewards, introduction of Dark Plants, and story update for Daybreak Town!

Square Enix releases two new trailers in anticipation for KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.5 ReMIX's release! Each of them featuring dozens of Disney and Final Fantasy characters that appear in KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.5 ReMIX's collection.

There's a load of news right now for the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and 2.5 ReMIX Soundtracks so let's just jump right into it.

A notice was put up on the official Japanese soundtrack website stating that Square Enix aplogises for an issue with Disk 2 Track 31 "Always on My Mind". This may cause some issues if you have purchased it and don't live in Japan. You can read the full translations thanks to Zephyr!

Square Enix Europe has spoilt fans in the lead up to the release of Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX, from the announcement of the Collector's Edition to the free Lithograph fans will obtain just by preordering any version of the game from their online store. Now they have announced that they will be holding a massive giveaway for the biggest Kingdom Hearts fans!

Remember that Manga recap that was uploaded to the official Japanese Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX just prior to release of the game in Japan? When it was first released, it was only available in the Japanese language. However it has now been translated and uploaded in English on the official Kingdom Hearts website for all the Western fans to enjoy!

Kingdom Hearts -HD 2.5 ReMIX- had the honour of joining Final Fantasy Type-0 and Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition at Paris Games Week which took place from the 29th of October to the 2nd of November 2014.

Square Enix have released a video focusing on the various booths at the convention, where fans were able to see Sora and Riku playarts up close, as well as play a demo from the upcoming remaster, which will be released on December 2nd in North America and December 5th in Europe.

Square Enix Europe has just announced that all preorders of this long-awaited remaster, regardless of edition, will also include a 7" x 5" lithograph of the Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix artwork depicting Sora and Roxas.

Ever since the first remaster in the Kingdom Hearts series was announced, fans have been concerned about the fate of the other titles. Would they receive the HD treatment as well? And in what form? For what system?
