How do we know everyone forgot Sora, is that what you're asking?
It would first of all if it was made so that Xion never even existed, as in even her PoE and pilar would disappear because they were never there. Secondly we don't know if they would have remembered like that or not. The only reason everyone remembered Sora was because he woke up after Namine finished fixing his memories. And who's to say that everyone won't remember eventually, there's going to be a KH3 you know.
