    If your stating that you played as dual wielding Roxas with ultimate codes, then it's not the disk, you can only use dual wielding Roxas in his story.

    The hardest bosses for me were the grim reaper in port royal (he kept knocking out the medallions) and Xigbar.

    I got final form when fighting in the Cerberus cup. To get final form you have to complete the event at Memory's Skyscraper, so try the Cerberus cup because your drive gauge increases faster.
