Regrettably, I haven't actually gotten around to this yet.

It's somewhere on my list though.

My favorite story of all time.

Unfortunately I have not read any other Burgess books. Have you?

Gosh it is so weird and hard to keep up with.

Amazing nevertheless, I'm just having to take my time. >_>

Trippiest book ever.
Is there anyone else who feels like there should be a dictionary made for this book?
Sparknotes simply doesn't cut it.

^ I think there's a new version of the book that has a glossary included to explain certain words/phrases in the book.

Excellent.
Time to go read it again.
I get the feeling it'll still hurt my head, but it's worth another shot.

This book is great, soooo much better than the movie... I need to read it again.

Which is silly, considering most of us couldn't understand what was going on unless we were on some kind of magnificent high.

I'd say the glossary was my saving grace. :<

There's a glossary? I'm glad there wasn't in the version I read! I liked trying to figure out the slang and piecing it together.

Not for those of us who don't want to have to work to read a book.
In reality though, regardless of whether or not the glossary exists, the book itself stood well on its own. I need to go back and read it again.

Glossary is a stupid idea. Nadsat is the most enticing thing about the A Clockwork Orange. I found it very enjoyable working out what everything meant and it wasn't that hard. Without having the Nadsat to work out for yourself would pretty much ruin the appeal of the novel.
