In opening scence of KH2 and deep dive. Why is sora flying above the water? when did that take place?

For 100% completion to get secret ending on KH2, on the gumi ship mini games, do I have to get all those items in each level or do I just have to complete each one?

After seeing Sephiroth and Cloud fight each other in KH2, do we ever get to see them and talk to them again?

sora flying over the water is sora having a dream while recovering memories

i dont think completing gummi ship is needed for secret ending, only completing the journal is needed.
