Just some basic requirements:
1.All players welcomed!
2.Set your strongest medal to "Party"
3.At the very least, please be semi-active (Login once every week, notify me if you are gonna be absent for a while, this is more of a formality rather than required)
4.Might include future rules but that's it for now.
