Ansem's looks

Like, dude, hasn't anyone at all noticed that the way Ansem looks in Kingdom Hearts I , *y'know, the last boss battle*
looks DAAAAAMN much like Sephiroth?

I mean, he's got the same kinda coat, hair, and the thing everyone goes on ravin' about; he's stripped to the chest. What do yóu guys think?
