I have to type up this report for a school project, and I download two APA Templates, both .dot. I have a Microsoft Word 2000 (I have Windows XP and didn't get Word 2003.). How do I load a template so that every page I make conforms to the APA Standard?

(I'll probably be back from my hiatus in the irrelevant side. :D)
