Maybe they could have a different intro movie for each character? I mean, they are different stories afterall, I think they deserve their own intro. And about songs? Not so sure, whatever fits each character? Though I do like the backwards idea. Very creative indeed.

I like what lonbilly said about the backtracking of events. If that's not in it, then I hope for something new. They'd probably use Fate of the Unknown in the opening if not Sanctuary/Simple and Clean.
