it is more than likely that he is already in a drive form when he obtains the oathkeper and the oblivion. but instead of fusing with someone, he tapes in to the power of twilight
It's possible, but I kinda doubt it.
how the hell do we know, i mean he might, but then would would he fuse with?
didnt nomura say that he would have his own set of allies like sora does?

highly doubtful. numora never aid that the only way you get to drive mode is by fusing
he said companions, not allies (he meant those kids that are always with in the trailesrs). even so i don't think BHK would be able to fuse with them anyway.
well he'll fuse with someone that fights with him

I'd expect not. Weilding dual keyblades would probably give him a large attack speed advantage over Sora, and game designers tend to want to balance things nicely.
Sora gets too dual wield in Valor Form!!

but valor form is basically the idea for bhk's twilight form, maybe even the same attacks....wirh exceptions like special attacks
that would be cool if you had to fight BHK when you were sora
Maybe the idea that BHK is Sora's shell (or other side of heart) is important to Drive. I don't like this idea, since it gets rid of BHK, but maybe BHK manages to make it to Sora, and it is recombining with him that allows Sora to use Drive. On the other hand, it may be the fact that Sora isn't complete that allows him to fuse; I like that idea better.
maybe yes maybe not. nothing is confirm intil now. that is Nomura plan from the begin isn't
