Can someone in this forum make a keyblade editor it will be cool idea

Cool, but difficult, Keyblades reflect a specific theme and each are as different and varied form the next in terms of size color and such. To create a keyblade mix and match program would take tons of different choices, otherwise people would complain that they're keyblade doesn't look exactly the way they wanted it to look.

And when someone finish making their own keyblade and they keyblade send to square enix then their keyblade used by new character in next KH !. Its just like a contest
