History: He has moved from city to city for al his life keeping to himself trusting no one he has recently came to the city of New Radius hoping to escape his past.

Vergil sat on the roof of a tall skyscraper as rain poured down he looked towards the horizon.
"Its about to be sunset i can wait just a little longer then find somewhere to sleep for the night"Vergil thought to himself

he then heard sirens down below and suddenly a megaphone frizzled as someone was prepared to speak.
The voice below said "HEY KID YOU CANT BE ON TOP OF THE BUILDING ITS PRIVATE PROPERTY"

Vergil figured this would happen when he looked into the faced of an alarmed patron of the hotel across the street she must of phoned the cops. Vergil looked down to he counted Five cops they were rookies most of em he could tell by the way they looked around nervously and shifted there weight every few seconds.
"Cant i just see one sunset in the rain" Vergil said under his breath

With a deep breath he picked up Genesis and and Rested it softly in his shoulder. HE stood on the ledge and smirked as he leapt off the four rookies freaking out below him the megaphone quit frizzling as it dropped to the ground. Vergil laughed as the air rushed by him he quickly flipped and stuck genesis into the side of the building he leapt from leaving a clean cut all the way down until his feet touched the ground.

"Evening officer" Vergil said smartly"Didnt mean to be a nuisance"

The officers eyes widened "y-you cant do that its destruction of public property" The fat Veteran of the squad said

Vergil looked at the cut along the side of the building "So you mean i cant do this " vergil said
he raised up genesis and cut a light post down.

The rookies held up there guns shaking as they did. The older cop held up his hand and told them to stand down.
"Im sorry son but it looks like im gonna have to arrest you" the cop said as he held up a pair of hand cuffs.

Vergil quickly ran up clipped the hand cuff around the cops wrists and went throughhis legs with his arm and connected it to his other hand after he finished he quickly took the keys.

"That looks like that hurt" Vergil said as he ran through an alley
As he rounde the corner he thought of where he could stay for the night there was the old couples house there usually at there son-in-laws house during the weekend and on holidays,or there was the old apartment three seventy two not bad if the owner would actually clean up every now aand then.Vegil calculated the distance to each two the old couples house sure its a little further ,but it had a clear view of the skyline. he began walking the streets to get there.........(Time lapse) as he walked up on the old house he snucck around to the shed to get a ladder to get into the top floor window which he had broken the lock on previously. as he climbed in through the window he couldnt help feeling like he was being watched from somewhere.he slowly crept around to the window with the view of the horizon his clothes still dripping wet. he continued to look waiting for the sunset.....

Septimus poked one eye, although in his current form you could hardly call it an eye, open as he heard a scuffle and a small bang. Two seconds later a boy climbed through the now open window. The boy then continued, and without closing the window might I add (How rude), went to a diffrent window and sat down, gazing out of said window. Well he could deal with someone wanting to stay here the night,he was doing quite the something, but when they wake him and then let all the hot air out, well.... that doesn't fly well.

Septimus shifted back from a pillow to his human form without a sound. He then, standing on the bed at this point, shouted at the boy.

"Just what in the blazes are you doing!?" He jumped off the bed and stood in front of the boy. "Just who do you think you are busting up in my joint and then leaving all the windows open and making such a racket!? I ought to throw you back in the rain and let the squealers deal with you!"

Septimus then pushed the boy towards the still open window.

"Now git!!"

Vergil couldnt help but fell like he had seen this person before.He didnt have much time to think before he was pushed towards the open window he had forgot to shut.
"Now git!!"
Vergils mind raced as memories came flooding back. He knew this guy what was his name ...September, seacucumber, ......Wait Septimus! he hadnt seen septimus since he trashed that compund five years ago.

Vergil dove over his head and came up with a swift kick aiming for his head.Vergil couldnt help thinking he had forrgoten something about Septimus.

The boy was daring, Septimus had to give him that, but stupid. Septimus let the blow connect but made his body sway with it. Septimus fainted as if he was going to hit the floor but at the last second flipped his body into a head stand and then threw himself onto the wall. He wouldn't expose himself just yet.

Septimus jumped from the wall into a flying round house kick aimed for the boy's chest, but before his foot hit his mark he dropped his leg and went into a headbutt.

HIs foot connected and septimus fell but came back quickly with a head butt hitting him in the gut making him stumble backwards and fall to a knee trying to get his breath back. when his breath came back came up with an uppercut aiming for his jaw.

Septimus stood in his fight stance and waited for the boy to get back up. When he did he came up with an uppercut and Septimus didn't have enough time to dodge so he opened his mouth wide and bit the boys fist. The punch knocked a tooth loose but Septimus just bit down harder. He then started throwing a flurry of punches at the boys face.

Vergil grimaced as his hand began to bleed from the bite when suddenly he was being punched in the face by the strange man Vergil quickly Placed his hand around the man's gut and lifted him flipping him onto the table in the middle of the room as luckily it didnt break. His hand still ensnared he lifted up The hand he was biting along with him and Came down with all his force.

Septimus was being lifted, well this was new(not a lot of people lifted Septimus), and then slammed on his back on a table. This caused him to bite down harder on the fist, blood now started to fill his mouth. Then his head was being lifted up and then slammed back down, this caused the fist to dislocate his jaw and completely fill his mouth. Blood squirted out of his mouth but it wasn't his, the fist had pushed the boys blood out of his mouth.

Septimus shot both his legs up unto the boy. His left leg laid on his chest and his right crossed his left and locked his ankle behind it. He then spit the fist out and stuffed the arm under his armpit. He then put wrapped his right arm around the boys arm and held it in place with his left. He then leaned back as far as he could and performed what is called an arm-bar. He could feel the boy's arm as it shuddered in protest to being bent in a way it shouldn't.

Vergil screamed as his arm was bent in a way it wasnt meant to be Vergil looked around through blurred vision until he looked above4 him and saw various amounts of cutlery above the table. Ignoring the pain that shot through his armhe flipped over kicking the cutlery rack macking it fall towards the table while simultaneously flipping the man over onto his stomach still on the table to be impaled by the knives.

Septimus was flipped around and every thing was a blur. Then he was on his back and he could see knives falling towards him. He smiled and pulled himself back as hard and as far as he could taking the boy's arm with him. He heard a sickening crunch and then felt the knives hit him. He let go of the boy's arm and laid there. He made his chest stop moving and waited for the boy to get up. He wanted the boy to think he was dead, that's when he would strike.

CRUNCH!!! Vergil's arm limp by his side he slowly reached for it and reset the bone that had been cracked. HE began to get the feeling back in his fingers he reached into his pocket and held up a little capsule that said bone sealant. He attached the long needle and plunged into his arm and into the bone which had broke the pain slowly Drained away as the nano mites sealed up the crack in the bone.

He looked at the body on the table knives sticking out of it everywhere. Vergil sighed and walked over to the chair and watched as the sun fell behind the horizon revealing the beuty vergil had waited for. He bent down and picked up Genesis he chuckled lightly. He walked over to the body and reached out with his hand to close the eyes he then reached into his pocket and placed a quarter uner the mans toungue. he began to walk towards the window when he turned and said. "So long what was it again september seasplinter....oh yeah... Septimus ....so long." he waved

HE climbed out of the window and down the ladder.

"i guess im sleeping under the stars tonight" Vergil sighed as the rain beat down on him

He found an alley way withvirtually no rain falling in it he looked up to see to building tops meeting in the middle to make a shelter. he zipped up his coat and sat down leaning against the wall.
The sound of the rain soon lulled him to sleep.

Septimus got up and pulled the knives out of his body. His wounds closed and he turned toward the window. He jumped down and followed the boy into a dark ally. It was dry here and the boy soon fell asleep.

Septimus crept forward and stood over the boy. He spit out the quarter and looked at it. It was a simple prison quarter. A smile played across his face. He knew this quarter, it was the currency that he used to pass out to the scum in his prison. He bent over and put it under the boys tongue. Tonight would be a fantastic night, for he had finally found the one prisoner who had ever escaped him.

He whispered in the boys ear,"Wake up boy. You and me have unfinished business. After that though you can sleep eternally."

His ears were shocked to hear the cold voice again He started to speak but found the quarter under his toungue he spit it out and looked at it he flicked it into the air and caught it. Vergil quickly came to life and swung his leg up in between Septimus's legs vergil closed his eyes as he hoped it connected,.

Septimus expected the attack but he didn't expect it there. He thrust his palms down and blocked the attack. Still holding onto the leg he threw himself up into a hand stand on the boy's leg and spun his legs around in a sort of break dancing kick into the boy's face.

Vergil moved his head back put his hands to his mouth and started beat boxing.........

Septimus dropped to the ground and rolled away from the boy. He stood up and looked into Razputen's Screen. He reached through and slapped Raz. "Hey boy stop messing up our fight."

Vergil looked at Septimus as he argued with some unknown force he slowly lowered his hands and picked up genesis and stood up slowly rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

"Yo Idiot im Over here" Vergil spoke loudly

Vergil then looked up to see Oreo-Man Sitting in his chair waiting for the next post he raised his hand and poked him in the eye.
"They are real" Virgil said in disbelief
HIs attention turned back to Septimus.

"C'Mon !!" he yelled as he leapt towards him ready to tackle him to the ground

Septimus looked over in time to see the boy leaping at him. He stepped to the side and raised his foot as the boy passed him.
