i am happy with this i've improved soooooooooo much ^^ here:

well i'm still yet to learn how to make a border *sweatdrops* and i guess i can kinda do scanlines.... but hey for once i did a riku

TIP on the border!

go to Layer>new>layer>ok

then press Ctrl+A

then go to Edit>Stroke> 3 px>black

do that again only 2 px white

repeat stroke again but at 1px black! then set it on overlay,soft,hard light
