I decided to put together an FAQ to reduce the amount of threads about leveling different forms, leveling summons, and how to obtain Final Form. Hopefully, it will help some people out. Enjoy! Hopefully the thread is pinned to stop some of those threads : )

The Glitch Tricks
---------------------------
Square Enix left a couple glitches in the game that really worked to our advantage. There are three I know of:
1) If you go to an Underdome Cup that permits the use of either Driving or Summoning, as you get in, push start and then select quit. You will now be out of the cup with a MAX drive bar.
2) When in a form, go to a save point, and go to the world map. Go back to the save point you were at, or any save point for that matter, and you will reverted back to your normal state and have a MAX drive bar.
3) When in a form, go to a conversation pit, and Sora will be reverted to his normal form automatically, and your drive gauge will be at MAX. A conversation pit is place where Donald and Goofy roam freely on their own.
These tricks are key to the easy leveling of forms and summons
----------------------------
Leveling the Forms
----------------------------
Valor
How Experience is Gained: When in valor form, every time you hit an enemy, 1 experience point is gained.
Strategy to Leveling: There is no easy strategy to level Valor, because no matter where you go to level it, you will gain massive exp for the form and it will always be easy. It levels up quickly on it's own as you go through the game. However, the best places I'd say you could go to level Valor are The World That Never Was (TWTNW) or Land of Dragons. In TWTNW, just go to Twilight's View, and go to the next area. Form as soon as you see Nobodies. Kill them and go to the next room. Kill as many as you can until your gauge is about to hit 0 and then use the savepoint trick back at Twilight's View. For Land of Dragons, you can go to the throne room and work your way from each adjoining area, and like with TWTNW, when your gauge is about to hit 0 or at the top of 0, start running back to the save point. Valor should level very quickly. If you ever dont make it back to a save point in time, just perform the Underdome Cup trick to get your gauge MAX again.
Wisdom
How Experience is Gained: When in Wisdom Form, every time you kill a heartless, 1 experience is gained.
Credit to One-Winged-Angel for correction. Thank you!
Strategy to Leveling: The easiest way to level Wisdom is to go to the first save point you have in TWTNW, or the Alley in Between (i think it is called). When you get there, go to the next area and drive right away into Wisdom. In this area, small groups of shadows should spawn, but their numbers seem limitless. Your blizzard ability should kill them in 1 hit, so just cast blizzard until you run out of MP and then just shoot at them. You get the same amount of EXP from these small shadows as you would from killing anything else, and since there are so many of these shadows and they are easy to kill, this area is the best place to go. Like when your leveling any other form, go to the savepoint when you are at the top of your 0 gauge, or when your about to hit it. You could probably make it back even when it's 1/2 way, but I am telling you to go earlier to be safe. Of course, if you miss it, you can always just use the Underdome Cup trick.
Master
How Experience is Gained: When in Master Form, experienced is gained from the Drive orbs that drop from enemies. Little orbs grant 1 EXP while the bigger once give 3.
Strategy to Leveling: I leveled this form really easy by going to the throne room in Land of Dragons. I used the same strategy I mentioned in the Valor Form strategy. Just keep moving to the adjacent areas. The good thing about this place is that the Assault Riders in this areas drop the big Drive orbs, and you can easily kill everyone in this area with a few thunder spells, and while in Master form, you can kill just about everyone with thunder in a manner of seconds. So put it all together and it equals great Drive Form EXP.
Another strategy is to go to The Land of Dragons-Village. Head to the Ridge area and use master form. Destroy the fireworks that are in the area, but only the big firework stands with wheels drop drive orbs. After you destory them all either go back to the Village area or to the Summit area and revisit the Ridge area that you were just in. Keep destroying the fireworks for quick exp. You get 27exp each time you destory all of the fireworks.

Final
How to Get: This form you do not get as part of the story. This form comes randomly after you see the cutscene where
Another way you can get Final Form easily is by entering the Cerberus Cup. In the Cerberus Cup you are allowed to form and are automatically granted a full gauge. So just drive any form you want and if you don't get Final just hit start and then retry. Repeat until you get Final. If you have 6 or more on your drive gauge then form Valor or Wisdom, revert, and then form again before you retry. *Because Final comes randomly, this may come fast or it may take a while.* The same can be said for any getting Final strategy.
This strategy was provided by Caminee. Thank you!
How Experience is Gained: In this form, 1 experience is gained every time you kill a nobody.
Strategy to Leveling: There are two good ways to leveling Final form, though they still require patience because Final form is the longest to level. The first method is the one I used. Go to the Twilight's View save point in TWTNW, and go into the next area. Kill the nobodies here and then go to the next area. When i n this area form into Final and dispatch as many as you can until you are at the top of 0, then glide back to the save point at Twilight's View and perform the savepoint trick. At the startings of leveling this form you may not be able to get far. However, eventually, you will get to the end of Naught's Skyway (where you are supposed to form at) where a lot of small nobodies spawn one after another. This takes place on the staircase that is there. When yuo get to this part, start spamming Thundaga, because you will kill about 3 enemies every time you use it, resulting in quick form leveling. The other place that people use to level final is the last save point in TWTNW since it is a conversation pit. Just go to the area below it, form into Final, and then kill as many as you can until the top of the 0 gauge and run back to the Conversation Pit. With the first method you get more Form EXP, but with the second method, there is no need to return to the World Map, which saves time, so they are about equal.
Another strategy that I haven't personally used, but have heard good things about, is going to the Mansion:Computer Room area in Twilight Town and going to the library. Form in the library and make your way up to the Foyer, killing as MANY as you can along the way. At early levels you wont get far, but eventually you can make it all the way to the White Room, and able to world map yourself out from there.

Leveling Your Summons
-----------------------------------
How Experience is Gained: Leveling your Summon Lvl. could be the easiest thing to do. You get experience every time 1 Full portion of your gauge drops. Lets say you have 5 Gauges to your Summons, when it goes to 4, ta-da 1 experience.
Leveling Strategy: To level your summons go to Olympus Colliseum. Pay the Underdome Cups a visit if you need your drive gauge at MAX. Once your gauge is at MAX, go to the Underworld Entrance. Once there, quickly just get into battle, and summon Chicken Little. When Chicken Little is summoned, go to FPS mode, and end it as soon as you get into it. Every time you use FPS mode, it drops your gauge by 2. That means every time you use it, you get 2 exp. So just keep using it, and ending it, until your gauge has run out. Since you are already at Olympus Colliseum and are right by the cups, just go back there and it takes 2 seconds to get your gauge refilled again. Just keep repeating that and your Summon Lvl will be 7 in no time.
Another strategy is a strategy that cheats the system. Go into the dungeon of Beast's Castle and summon the genie, turn him into master form, and go into the next room with all the gargoyle heartless. Wait until Genie's gauge is about 1/2 way done, and then use his Master Form limit ability. Each gargoyle drops a few of the drive orbs. Now wait until Genie's gauge just goes a number down, and then pick up enough orbs just to bring it back to the number before, and then wait until it goes back down and pick up enough to get it back up again. It is kind of cheating the system: since you get 1 EXP every time it goes down 1 gauge, you are bringing it up just enough so it goes down about every 5 seconds give you massive EXP. To get even greater results, use the Jackpot ability. Make sure you don't have draw on though because will pick up all the orbs.

Hope the guide stops some of those questions about final form leveling and other form level questions! Perhaps a sticky?
