Experience problem

I lost against Armour Heartless. I fought him over 3 times after that and I only get 400 exp when I use to get 1000. Can someone fix this please?

Its because you probably kill him in one hit you have to get under half of your max hp then you will get your max exp.

When you battle, you have an experiance counter. It goes up depending on how the battle was. It continues to go up until you can get the max against that bot. When you lose again a bot, your counter starts over. That is why you were gaining less experiance.

What is going the max? Everytime I level up my experience goes down.

Experience is based on two things. Level and damage taken.

If a bot is a higher level than you, you get more base EXP. If you take more damage, you also get more EXP.

Heres the complicated bit. Lets say your in 5 fights against the same bot. Fight one you take 20% damage, and win so thats

base exp + 20% damage exp.

Fight 2 you also win. this time you take 30% damage so its :

base exp + 50% damage exp.

Fight 3 you win again, and take 30% damage ( I think 80% is the max damage bonus you can receive) so its

base exp + 80% damage exp

Fight 4 you lose so its

0 EXP

Fight 5 you win, and take 20% damage so its

Base exp + 20% damage EXP.

Fight three

Wait, so if you heal, that won't work anymore? I have had 50% damage taken away before and I always had got the same exp.

It could be the level difference is too great - or you already reached the max damage bonus % - and no healing doesnt reset it.
