Final mix translation guide?

Is their some sort of document with translations for all the menus and speech bubbles in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix? I'm not looking for a patch so much as a guide so that I can figure out which items are which.

I came in here to give you the translation guide that I use for KH1 FM... but I have made a horrible discovery. The PDF, which was on stanford.edu, is not accessible! This is terrible. I will do my best to find it, and get it to you.

Your welcome, sorry that I couldn't get it sooner. I had the original sites PDF saved, but I lost it, and the site itself made the file inaccessible. Google Docs still thankfully lets you get it though.

be advised, after recently playing thru the game using this guide i discovered some errors in some of the description or stats for items. so if something doesn't quite add up, that would be why.
