Help With Game Error

Ok, so I tried installing a game(it's a korean game), and an error keeps popping up, but I don't know what it says...can someone help me? I've posted a screen of when the error pops up. Can anyone help me?

Are you trying to install 'Ragnarok Online'?

If so, get ahold of Kyo sometime. He's the one that can help with this, as I don't remember how to install it. xD

It's actually Ragnarok Online 2, I ran the installer, but the error keeps coming up when I try to open it, and I just have no idea what it says XD

Are you sure it's compatible with your region? Seems foreign.

Don't play Ragnarok Online 2 if you can't read korean. Stick with RO till they make a american version one or private server which I'm dying to see one..

Ya I guess I could just wait, but there's no guarantee that there will be a free beta of RO2 in english, I have to play on a private server now just to play RO. And I think it wont let me play since I don't have a korean IP address, and besides that when you sign up koreans are supposed to use their Korean Social Security Number because Gravity doesn't want male people playing female characters and vise-versa
