Help with Limit Attacks

Ok, so I'm trying to do all of the Limit attacks for Jiminy's Journal.

I went to every world and did all of them.. but I still have 8 empty spaces in my journal. Can someone tell me why?

I'm thinking that it may be because as the characters level up, they learn more, but I just need someone to make sure.

Donald and Goofy has a second limit attack, but you have to level up to get them. Sometimes the world's playable character (ex. Mulan) they have their abilities unequiped. All of the world characters should have a limit attack.

Yeah, but do characters from other worlds have a second limit that you have to unlock by leveling up?

Dragonblaze? I've never had of that one. Mulan has a limit called Red Rocket though. That's probably what you're thinking of.

Ya, that's prolly it, but it shows up as 'Dragonblaze' in Jiminy's Journal.

Oh no wait, it's the Combo attacks.

In Jiminy's Journal, under Combo Attacks, it shows this:

Nevermind, I figured it out. I was missing Aladdin's combo attack from the list.

"Aladdin/Trick Fantasy"

I have them all. Now if the topic starter would list the combo attacks above and below the missing ones, i'd be happy to list the ones you need.
