You don't need anyone specific; any three will do. It can be Sora/Riku/Kairi, Sora/Roxas/Ventus, Sora/Sora/Sora, whatever.

You'll get 1 Strelitzia medal for every 3 of these 9 illustrated medals. Since you have 4 of them, you'll receive 1 Strelitzia.
