How do I get the last 2 Hades Paradox cups?

I only have the Pain and Panic, and the Cerberus ones. How do I get the other two? I beat the game and the other two.

To obtain the Hades Paradox Cup you must Max out all your drive forms (Master, Valor, Wisdom, Final) and Summon Guage to 7.

Summon level has to be five or greater for Titan Paradox Cup and summons and drives have to be all fully maxed out to seven for the Hades Paradox Cup.

You leveled them all to max?
