I used to have to buy manga b/c me and mah friends would share the books rather than all of us having to buy all of the stories by ourselves.
I would get stuck with the long series. =/
So I don't really want to recollect all of the money spent on it....

... according to my calculations, I have spent around $900 on my fandoms. But since I started at the young and tender age of 8, I guess that's not too much for the course of ... nine years.

I rarely spend any money on manga/anime .. if I REALLY REALLY like an anime/manga I buy the very best Volume or the best DVD and that's it.
I'm not too much into fandom and since you can read anything online and watch the episodes in high quality why spend so much?
Sure it's nice to own it at home but it's not necessary I think
