Hey! Same thing happened to me. I figured it out just today. For a collect list bonus, you have to collect at least one of every synthesis item (besides the Orichalcum.) Then, when you've collected them all, go to a Moogle shop and the Moogle should give you the last Orichalcum. I'm still having a problem, though, because I heard you have to be on Moogle level 9, and I'm only on level 1. I have no idea how to level up, either. For finding out which Heartless and Nobodies drop what items, I went to:

http://www.addiction-anime.com/Items.jpg It shows the Japanese symbols for each items so you know when you've collected a certain item. (If you can't read Japanese.) Lastly, I found pictures of the Heartless with their names so you can identify them:

And a Minagiru Kesshou is a Suffusive Crystal. You can obtain them from Shamans in the Pride Lands, so says
Kouli/Ice's walkthrough. I guess, when you're on the right Moogle level and you're able to synthesize the Ultima Weapon, you check to apply the Suffusive Crystal, then synthesize it. I'm not on the right Moogle level, though, so I don't know exactly how it works yet.
