According to what Brain said it's in sleep mode but Luxu also stated it acts as a cage/prison for the 6 Willful Darknesses. Who knows that someone like Sora, Brain, Mickey or the Master of Masters has the ability to gain access to the Data Daybreak Town and turn it on to see what happens?
