Independent Films

The underdogs of movies. These are those movies that have lower than the norm budgets. Many are never heard of, but others make it big. Garden State for example, is written, directed, and the lead role is by the same man. Interesting, yes. Excellent movie.


Many of these movies don't get recognition, nor to they even get played on television. You probably would have to have satellite, or a special channel you would have to pay for.

Anywho, has anyone found/seen a great Independent Film that is definetly worth checking out?

My favorite movie is an independent film. It's called Trainspotting, check it out sometime guys.

If anyone does decide to come check out this little 'ol thread, then please throw out some IF's to check out...everyone could use some variety.

One of my favorite movies happens to be an independent film.It's called the "Motorcycle Diaries".It's about the life of Ernesto Guevara which is most commonly known as "Che" Guevara.He was the revolutionary who helped Fidel Castro come into power in Cuba.The way the movie unfolds is great,and they make the characters seem like regular people which makes it all the more easier to relate to the movie.If you haven't seen it then you should because it's definately worth checking out.
