Could someone tell about what's in that journal/report?

Nothings really known at this point about the journal or the reports.
But here's what we do know.

• Master Xehanort does have a series of reports that have yet to be translasted properly. They talk about his past and his plans. They likely will be put on online in the next few weeks.
• The game likely will have a journal as you pointed out every game so far has had one. Like in past games it will likely talk about the enemies and overall story. It will likely also include character descriptions and backgrounds.

As far as I know, no pics have surfaced yet.

translations if Xehanorts reports have been posted.....and each character does have their own journal, idk what they're called I could only see their names on the journals....but once you beat a scenario...you unlock the Trinity Journal, which is an overall review of all three of their scenarios...and you can also watch scenes in the Trinity Journal.

Well, there are Master Xehanort Reports that have been roughly translated. Other than that, not much is known about the other source of info in BBS. I believe that there is one, we just don't know too much about it.
