I think it would also be fun to add Sora in the fight between Will, Jack, and Norrington on the island. And instead of just Elizabeth throwing a hissy, Donald and Goofy throw a hissy by her side.

It's pretty much the same as the Norrington vs. Jack vs. Will fight. That fight is like 1/5 of the movie xD.

if sora was there from the begining of the movie it would've really cut down the storyline b/c they spend most of the movie looking for a key.
