Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep a bit confused.

Ok I saw some gameplay for it and I'm just a little confused.

Is Ven Roxas? or what I'm sorry I first saw all of the KH stuff like just recently I'm a little confused.

Is Birth By Sleepy coming out this year, or next year JP. Because I know that 358/2 days is coming out this year probably summer for US. So Can someone explain.

No BBS takes place 10 years before KH1. Also 10 years before Sora turned into a heartless, creating Roxas. Also Noruma said the 3 soldiers were new characters.

No Ven is a totally new character, ALl of the main characters are new, Ven just has connections with Roxas..i think =p

Ven is not Roxas, Tetsuya Nomura has confirmed it.
Ven existed 10 years before Roxas was born and therefore can't be him.

Birth by Sleep is coming out this year for Japan, during late 2009 or possibly even early 2010.
358/2 Days may come out for US during the summer, but it could, though unlikely be delayed.
