i know you can't get it in english right i still would like to get it

You may want to wait for the budget version to hit Japan. There's a blurb about it on The Magic Box.

I found the original final mix in an import shop for $73 here in Seattle

Try Ebay for Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, or you may be able to order it from somewhere else online. Google Search it.

You can buy the game here for $70. Also, to play import games, you have to either put a mod chip on your ps2 or use this thing called "Swap Magic". I wouldn't recommend modding your ps2 because it voids the warranty, and it's risky if you don't know what you're doing. You can get "Swap Magic" here for $25. This version of "Swap Magic" works with all versions of the ps2, including the slimline. ^_^

if you are going to get final mix from ebay you are better off buying it off from www.toysnjoys.com but thats about $80 or so...if you are really into kingdom hearts buy the final mix limited edition box set for $120
